About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with an interest in managing project activities and working closely with technical teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, testers, and project managers.
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure tasks are assigned and completed within the given timelines.
  • Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Organize project meetings and maintain meeting notes.
  • Identify project delays and follow up with relevant team members.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
  • Assist in managing client requirements and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of website and mobile application development.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
